Reference your confirmation email for your access code and instructions on using the keyless entry. Slide your hand across the touch the screen to wake up the lock. At this point in time the numbers should be lit up. Enter your code and press the check mark on the bottom left of the screen to unlock the door. You should hear the lock retract and now be able to open the door. To lock the door just touch the screen and you should hear the lock engage.
If for some reason the smart lock does not work. Contact your guest contact and they can give you the location and code for a lockbox that will provide alternative access.
